The purpose of the present report is to introduce the project, elaborate its methods, and present the reliability data of the utilized symptoms rating scales.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt;METHODS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: 8pt;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;The sampling started in May 2008 and is still in progress.
