The present study was coducted to evaluate the outcome and complications of Z plasty in pilonidal cyst repair. Methods. Sixty patients with pilonidal cyst were selected and repaired by Z plasty method in Al-Zahra hospital (affiliated to Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and Health Services). The patients were followed for 6 months and complications such as seruma, infection and replapse wre evaluated. Results. The incidence of seruma, infection and relapse after Z plasty was 6.6, 1.6 and 3.4 percent, respectively. Discussion.
